After 50 years of growth, Encore was facing the biggest challenge of its life – client perception and image. Cyclone was retained to eliminate misconceptions caused by their out of date brand image. The new identity needed to position Encore as a powerhouse in the import/export business.

The new identity has helped Encore increase sales significantly and gain listings with major retailers across Canada.

Product Rebranding and Package Design

Rebranding

Encore’s previous kitchenware packaging had limited market share and exposure at the retail level. Cyclone rebranded and repositioned the line as Signature Kitchenware. The concept revolved around high quality photography of items relevant to the product. This gave the line a sophisticated look and increased perception value. Encore now sells the line across North America and enjoys higher sales volumes as retail buyers are purchasing more sku’s from the extensive line of over 250 items.
